 Great dryer but it just stop working!

I have had my dryer for maybe one year and have loved the way it dries my hair fast. And it leaves my hair shiny and smooth. But recently went to use it and it will not work. I have tried re-setting Reset button, different outlets, but no luck. I am still looking for the box it came it. Has anyone had this problem?
