The first one shorted out because the cord broke at the entry into the dryer body. I thought this might be an anomaly so I ordered another one. After less than a years use the cord frayed and shorted out in the exact spot. This is an inherent design flaw. Do not but this dryer.

I would have to put it on low, switch it off and then move it to high just for it to go on the low setting and then in the middle of trying to use it, it would switch by itself to the high setting. This is only during the first 6 weeks I've had it and then this morning, the high setting decided to not work at all.
