Have Chi Turbo hairdryer and it worked GREAT until last week when it stopped working and now only blows cold air. Seems to be a problem from reading online. Wished i would have known. Would like to try and replace heating element as everything else works fine and I really do like this dryer otherwise.

I loved it when it worked---frustrated it isn't working not even 10 months into the purchase!! I am waiting a call back from JCPenney on whether I can return it and also sent an email to CHI.
