Mine caught on fire!

I have had my dryer for less than two years. The cord frayed (I did not wind it around the dryer) and sparked and caught my sweater on fire! I took it back to the store where I purchased it and they said without my receipt there was nothing they could do. Who keeps a hair dryer receipt for two years? The ten year warranty isn't much good if you can't return the darn thing! I will never purchase this product again - overpriced and inferior quality.

Big price, long warrenty, but still costing $$$

Great hair dryer for short life span, the 10 year warrenty sold it for me, but it is going to cost me shipping from Canada, plus $15.00 US! I have to get a dryer in the meantime too. $$$$$ Never again!!!
