This is my first professional hair dryer and I am extremely satisfied with it. I love this dryer. It makes my hair feel great and never dries it out. I have kinky hair that is dry by nature and this dryer didn't dry it at all I would recommend it to anyone. Kinga from Ohio on October 3, 2005
