It is a great product but I am not able to find the bonnet it self. Help Where can I purchase the soft bonnet ??

dryer is good but the bonnet drys out and cracks. I just called the Helen of Troy number list here and order 2 new bonnets for 12.98 incl shippping. Thanks for the number!!

Dryer is okay... Bonnet is lousy. I have repaired mine until it is falling apart and cannot find a replacement. I would buy two, if I could fine them.

Has anyone tried the Windmere dryer? I love their bonnet, but I've burned out the motor on the dryer.

Dryer is great-- bonnet stinks BUT you can glue the ring back into the bonnet with a glue called
SEAL- All, available at ACE HDWR.
Be very careful to get the ring between the vinyl layers and get the glue into the little holes in the ring. Use toothpick to handle the glue and work fast cuz it's quick stuff. Let dry 24 hours. Ventilate the area you work in. The bonnet will eventually fall apart but this way you can prolong it's life. I used to order replacements from Helen of Troy- the old Dazy dryer bonnets are the same size. ( those originals lasted a LOT longer!!!!)

dryer is good but bonnet sucks....can't find replacements anywhere thank god for the lady here that wrote her review with a phone nymber to call!!!!!

The bonnet is awful but you can get a relatively inexpensive replacement by calling Helen of Troy. The 800 number is 800-487-7273. I just ordered two and they were $12.00 which included shipping. These are my second and third and when these are done, it will probably be mroe economical to replace w/ a better brand.

The bonnet does rip very easily. The dryer portion is good but my second bonnet ripped last night. I am trying to find a replacement.

This bonnet hair dryer really works well. It's fast drying, has several heat settings so you don't overdry, and is quiet. I just wish the bonnet could be purchased separately. Based on it's design, the plastic bonnet tends to unglue from the ring that connects it to the dryer. Replacement bonnets would be a definite improvement in the practicality of this product. I have had this hair dryer for less than a year. It has been replaced once already because the soft plastic bonnet can not take the heat of the dryer and ripped at the connection. It has ripped again and I can no fid a replacement bonnet for it. Very unhappy. Elva Santa Claus Indiana

Vidal sasson ion soft bonnet hair dryer is very efficient. My only challenge is I have purchased 2 dryers and misplaced the soft bonnet. Will like to know where I can purchase replacement bonnets.
