Hi. Probably at the wrong place to talk about that, but I don't know where to send my complaint. I've a Hair dryer Vidal Sassoon "1875 ION Select" and the plastic is melting at the mouth, where the hot air goes out.....weard........I've a picture of this hair dryer. I you want just let me an email adress and I'll sent it to you
