I ordered this before we moved back to the states this summer. I thought it sounded great and was a great deal.

I used it almost immediately when we got here and was not pleased. It is very heavy and awkward. The shine thing doesn't work. And the buttons are on the handle, just where your hand goes to hold it, so I find myself continually turning it down or off on accident. Its just a real pain! It doesn't do anything special enough to put up with athat hassle.

The dryer works well, dries hair quickly.    The conditioning mist smells great.    If you use too much your hair will be weighed down though.    It comes with two conditioning mist cartridges, which are very easy to change. I like the fact that I am conditioning my hair while drying it too.

It is awesome, is a great item, drys your hair fast and with the vitamin it leaves the hair soft and shinny, I love this product!!

First of all I will say that this hair dryer is a little on the heavy side. So, if that bothers you, then you should not buy this one. I quickly got used to the weight and kind of thought of it as a workout each morning :)



I have had it for almost 2 years now and I have had no problems with it what so ever.



It has 3 heat settings and 3 speed settings.



The cool setting is really good. Some dryers just give a luke warm air, but this one really gives you cool air. I like to use the cool air setting to cool down my scalp/head/hair after blow drying so long. My hair is really long and it takes a long time to dry. I usually am pretty hot and my head sweats by the end, so it is nice to use that cool air and cool down. It helps to prevent my hair from going flat as well.



The "Shine Therapy" feature is an ok feature. I wouldn't say it makes a huge difference in my hair, but I can notice some difference. Less fly aways, smoother look overall and shine. It is kind of like a mini conditioning treatment applied by the heat from the hair dryer. There is no switch to turn this feature on or off. There is a push button/trigger that you hold in when desired and that makes the invisible mist come out of the dryer while it is running as normal. You can not see the mist and it does not make your hair feel damp or anything like that. It is better to use that feature at the end of drying. I find the cartridges to last about 3-4 months. That is using the feature for about 2 minutes almost every time I blow dry my hair, which is roughly 5 days a week. The cartridges are easy to replace. They snap in. The mist has a subtle scent .. a natural smell. It is only present while using it though, the scent is very faint and does not linger on your hair.



This dryer has never overheated and shut off on me, even after using it for periods of 20 minutes at a time. It doesn't shut down after use either....meaning you don't have to wait for it to cool down before you can use it again. I did have that problem with some other dryers.



This dryer has seen major usage in the past 2 years and it is still going strong. It has held up surprisingly well. There has been no change in the heat it produces or anything. It is very well made and durable. The color is nice too.



The end cap is removable so you can clean the lint out.



I would definitely recommend this hair dryer to anyone. After using it so long now I don't even notice the weight of it and I think the benefits and quality are worth
