Great Dryer!

I have thick curly hair and am known for returning several dryers until I find one that I like. I was leary about ordering online due to my history of returns. Let me say that I am not returning this dryer. It is very lightweight, super fast, has great power and is very effective. My only con about the dryer is that the air could be a little hotter. My hair tends to shine more the hotter the air, and it's not as shiny as it could be. My hairstylist friend recommended this to me, says she has been using her Elchim everyday w/ her clients for 2+ years and is still working great. She has had one personally for 3 years and it's still working great. I had a Rusk prior and it lasted about 2 years.

Died After One Year

I bought this from Folica about one year ago. I loved this dryer. Dried my hair so quickly, with smooth shiney results. Now, one year later, the hot heat is now barely warm, and the high speed is barely at a medium. For the price, I shouldn't be now having to purchase a new dryer.
Too bad.. this worked great for 12 months, but that was it.

I have thick thick curly frizzy hair.....this hair dryer is absolutely amazing. I am never using a flat iron again. This dryer completely changes the texture of my hair.

Love it, only drawback is changing nozzles back and forth is really hard. Fit's way too tight (comes with an air nozzle and a comb nozzle). I'm afraid I'm going to break the dryer if I keep trying. I went through the company's website trying to figure out what I was doing wrong. I still don't know. I just left the air nozzle in and I'm not even trying to learn how to use the comb nozzle, which might be nice, but unless someone has a suggestion, it'll stay that way. But the drier itself is great. It dries my long hair fast and easy. Plus is lightweight, so taking it on the road is no big deal.

Best Dryer Ever!!!!!!!

This is THE BEST Blow dryer that I have ever used!!!!!! I have burnt out many dryers in 30 years of doing hair.....This dryer is relatively quiet on Low Air Speed and not too bad on High!!! I also LOVE that I can turn off Heat , and still have Low and High airflow with no Heat. This dryer also leaves the smoothest finish on Hair that I have ever achieved with just a Brush, either Flat or Round. It also features, in my opinion, the best airflow control! I HIGHLY reccomend the elchim 5000 DaVinci, and I will definitely be purchasing another!!!!!!!
