i have only had for a year and work full time as a professional(for 15 yrs.) and decided that after having the same hair dryer from day one i would upgrade to a new dryer in which i have had problems with the low/high off switch for bout 6 months had it repaired 3 months ago and now it only works    in low very annoying when trying to get clients hair dry i wouldnt reccommend now i have to buy a new one sometimes a good price doesnt mean good quality

I'm a part time hairstylist and have used this for work a great deal.    I love that it's light and fairly quiet but get's pretty hot. I also like the diffuser attachment. For the price even if it broke right now I'd still be able to just buy another and feel like I got my money's worth.

this product is very small and light weight but has a lot of power and heat. the pik is vey small so if wanting to dry using it it has to be with very small sections, everythig else is normal sized. it is great for travel as well
