I just recently ordered this product and once i received it, I was eager to use it right away. I used it on one of client who had REALLY thick curly hair. I gave her the most beautiful blowout ever. Her hair was amazingly soft and shiny. This blow dryer does magic.

I bought this dryer thinking the 4000 meant it was hotter and more powerful than the Twin Turbo 3500. It is not. I have a curly thick hair client base and this dryer did NOT smooth out the way it claims. I,ve had it for a week and already ordered a new Twin Turbo 3500. My weekly clients even noticed the difference in their hair. Blow out didn't last. HATE IT!!!!

I've had many hair dryer and a lot of turbo dryer predecessor... I must say this one tops them all. The power of this hair dyer is incredible. I REALLY recommend it. I haven't experience any heating issue like other review mentioned. It really fixes the hair and styles them but doesn't burn the hair or scalp.

The service and delivery was excellent. The hair blower is too heavy. It doesn't get hot as expected. It is not instant frizz relief or conditioner as described. It is not good for long hair or people with a lot of hair. Maybe works better for people with short hair.
