Vidal Sassoon Ion Travel Hair Dryer

Approximately three months ago, I bought your Vidal Sassoon Ion Travel Hair Dryer. At first I thought it was a nice little machine that did a good job for the price. This hair dryer came with one of those spouts that you put at the end so that the opening of the hair dryer doesn’t come too near to the hair(a removable end cap). This cap is absolutely useless! The cap is so incredibly loose fitting that when the dryer gets hot, the cap constantly falls off and will not remain in place for any period of time. I took it back to the store to exchange it for another one thinking that maybe the one I bought was just damaged. This is not so. The same thing happened with the one I exchanged it for. In the end I decided not to return the hair dryer; that I would just make sure not to put the dryer too close to my hair. For a while, this method worked.

Last week, I used the hair dryer like always and kept it at least 1-2 inches away from my hair even so, this time when I used it, it completely burned all my hair!!!! I cannot tell you how damned angry I am. My hair looks like straw thanks to your product. I partly blame myself because I should have never exchanged it to begin with. However I cannot change the past and I cannot change what happened to my hair. I would like to know how it is that a company as reputable as “Vidal Sassoon” can allow a shotty manufactured item to be placed on shelves for resale?!?!?! Believe me, I will NEVER buy a product for Vidal Sassoon EVER again. It’s completely unacceptable to take money from a consumer and in return distribute a product that not only doesn’t work properly but completely damaged my hair to the point that I could just cry. I now have no choice but to go and have it all cut off. Damn you people!!!!! NEVER AGAIN!!!!!

This is the only dryer that I've ever had that doesn't make my hair like a fuzz ball, I love it.
