I agree with the previous review, this hairdryer is frustrating. Because of the cool off button the hairdryer pretty much does what it wants too. You can't rely on the heat settings because it keeps on reverting back to cold air whenever it wants. I usually imagine myself throwing this hairdryer out of the window when I am trying to use it. I wish I could get my money back.

Frustrating is how I describe my experience every morning. There is a built in feature that controls the blow dryer to cool off every few minutes. As you can imagine, this adds tons of time to my routine in the morning. I would not recommend this hair dryer to anyone!

this is good applicance. Dries my hair fast, shinier and less frizzy. it's good one!
