leaves hair shiny and soft no frizzies had one that did not work after 3years but send back and got brand new one and only paid 20 dlls. for shipping.

I've owned 4 metroplis hairdryers in less than 2yrs. The cool button seems to get jammed after many uses. They say coincedence, I say defective!!! The same exact problem every time.

Beware of the 10 year warranty. You send it back for repair at your own expense. I bought mine from a Metropolis hair show and was told to return to sales person for a new dryer. Not the case. BEWARE

Before I bought this hair dryer, I had read so many reviews , cuz it’s not a cheaper hair dryer. but I still took a chance to buy a dear one. Within my expectation, it worked miracles. What it brings me is smooth & shiny hair, and the hair is really attractive, really nice. It’s worth my money. 
